A three-week summer martial arts camp in East Hanover where children train in wushu fundamentals, weapons, sparring, and physical conditioning, with activities including hiking, archery, games, crafts and movie time.
Zen Wushu Academy runs a summer camp from early to mid-August with three one-week sessions. Campers strengthen their wushu basics, learn traditional weapons training, and develop focus through a blend of serious martial arts practice and team games. The daily schedule includes strength and conditioning, handforms and weapons training, sparring classes, and recreational activities like hiking, archery, Rubik's cubes, LEGO and crafts. Early drop-off from 8:00 AM and late pick-up until 6:00 PM are available for an additional fee.
