A summer day camp in Newton, MA for children ages 3-14 that runs one-week sessions with traditional camp activities including sports, arts and crafts, swimming, archery, relay races, and weekly themed programming.
Camp Pikati welcomes children ages 3-14 for one-week summer day camp sessions running Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extended care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for an additional cost. Campers participate in age-appropriate activities including games, sports, arts and crafts, swimming, archery, relay races, and camp-wide weekly themes such as Jungle Adventures, Shipwrecked, Shark Week, and Olympics. Children in 2nd grade and older can participate in optional field trips for additional fees. Trained counselors model YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Leader-In-Training sessions are also available for youth entering grades 6-9.
