An immersive Mandarin language summer camp in Manhattan for children ages 2–6, with four themed sessions featuring hands-on activities like camping adventures, fruit discovery, forest exploration, and aquarium visits. Native Mandarin-speaking teachers lead daily classes with half-day and full-day options.
Ya Ya runs four two-week summer sessions from mid-June through early August, each with a different theme designed to build Mandarin vocabulary through interactive storytelling, dramatic play, crafts, and sensory exploration. Sessions include Camping Adventure (June 15–26), Fruit Discovery (June 29–July 10), Forest Explorer (July 13–24), and Fun at the Aquarium (July 27–August 7). Children ages 2–6 can attend half-day classes (8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) or full-day classes (8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.) with optional extended care until 4:30 p.m. Lunch and snacks are included in all program options. Classes are grouped by age and language level. The program is run by experienced early childhood educators with over 18 years of background in language development.
