Work Train Fight offers youth boxing classes as part of their boxing and strength training gym in SoHo/NoHo. The gym has been serving the New York community since 2009 and provides boxing instruction for all levels, from fitness boxing to competitive training. Youth participants learn proper stance, footwork, and boxing technique in a professional facility with provided equipment.
