A summer day camp in Huntington offering eight to ten weeks of art workshops for children ages 6 and up, with morning and afternoon sessions. Teens ages 13+ can also participate in a portfolio preparation program designed for students pursuing fine arts.
Village Artist's summer program runs Monday through Thursday (with some Saturday sessions) from late June through August. Young artists choose half-day or full-day attendance and can select from various workshops covering drawing, painting, ceramics, digital art, and other media. The teen portfolio program allows students to concentrate on specific areas such as acrylic, watercolor, figure drawing, landscape, portraiture, and fashion design. New for 2026 is a digital character design camp with instruction in using Procreate on iPad. Supplies are included in the tuition. Weekly registration is available, and placement is confirmed upon payment.
