A summer camp in Northern Virginia combining Ninja Warrior training with hands-on STEAM education. Children develop athletic skills, problem-solving ability, and confidence through obstacle courses, engineering challenges, and science activities, with small group sizes and personalized coaching.
Vertex Labs Academy runs Ninja + STEM camps where children engage in physical training on obstacle courses alongside hands-on STEM projects. The camp integrates physics-based challenges, spatial reasoning through obstacle design, and creative engineering where kids design and test their own obstacles. Coaches combine athletic expertise with engineering and science knowledge to balance physical and cognitive development. Small group sizes ensure personalized feedback, and the program emphasizes resilience, problem-solving, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Camps run seasonally (summer, fall, winter, spring), and the academy has trained over 600 students.
