A day camp for ages 6 and up offering martial arts training combined with gymnastics, sparring, board breaking, and recreational activities during two one-week sessions in June and July.
U.S. Martial Arts Academy runs summer day camp sessions featuring martial arts instruction including Olympic-style sparring, board breaking, and training in Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Mun Moo Do, and Kum Do. Each session runs Monday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m. and includes gymnastics, Nerf gun activities, sports, snack time, a pizza party, and other recreational activities. The academy has been teaching martial arts since 1970 with an emphasis on self-defense, physical fitness, meditation, and leadership skills.
