An eight-week STEAM summer camp for children ages 6–10 featuring robotics competitions, weekly STEM challenges, digital photography, art, chess, dramatic arts, environmental science, languages, and field trips. A separate Young Explorers programme serves ages 3–6 with hands-on STEAM activities, coding, and nature exploration.
Trevose Day School runs two summer camp programmes from mid-June through early August. The main STEAM Summer of Learning & Fun camp serves children ages 6–10, with mornings focused on STEAM sessions and afternoons devoted to STEAM activities. Students work on in-house robotics competitions using Dash & Dot robots, participate in weekly STEM challenges, create digital photography portfolios, and take field trips to connect classroom learning with real-world examples. Weekly special classes cover art, digital photography, chess, dramatic arts, environmental science, and languages. The Young Explorers programme for ages 3–6 focuses on hands-on, project-based activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math, progressing from pre-coding activities through Bee-Bots to programs like Scratch Jr. Both camps run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with full-day enrollment only.
