Trackside offers overnight summer adventure trips for middle and high school students, including four to five-day journeys to destinations like Washington DC and Boston that combine guided historical education, sightseeing, and enrichment activities with peer connection and leadership development.
Trackside's signature summer adventure trips are designed for middle school students and up, led by experienced educators and chaperones including social workers and college students. Trips run for either 4 days and 3 nights or 5 days and 4 nights, with all accommodations, meals, transportation, activities and tour fees included. The 2026 offerings include a Washington DC trip (June 22-26) visiting historical sites like the Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, and museums, and a Boston trip (July 28-31) exploring Revolutionary War history and attractions like Fenway Park and the Freedom Trail. Trips are intentionally kept to small groups to ensure a safe, enriching experience. The organization offers financial assistance for families with different abilities to pay.
