A week-long summer day camp in Brooklyn where children ages 3-8 participate in dance, drama games, arts and crafts, and musical theater, culminating in an in-person performance on the final day.
The Little Dance School runs summer camps at three Brooklyn locations during August and early September. Each week-long camp features the school's Petite Performers curriculum with dancing, drama games, arts and crafts, script work, and learning themed song and dance numbers. Children enjoy snack and lunch time, movie time, and meditation exercises, with the week ending in a little in-person show. A typical day includes warm-up activities, games, snack, themed script and choreography work, arts and crafts, lunch and movie time, review of performances, calming exercises, and dismissal.
