A two-week summer day camp where children learn aerial silks, trapeze, juggling, acrobatics, balance skills, and performance, culminating in a show for family and friends at the Waldorf School of Princeton campus.
The Climb Circus Arts runs a summer camp from July 20–31 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for ages 8–14 at the Waldorf School of Princeton. Campers learn age-appropriate circus skills including aerials (silks, trapeze, lyra), juggling and manipulations (hula hoops, diabolo, plate spinning), balance work (stilt walking, tightwire, rolling globe), and acrobatics (group pyramids, tumbling, circus jump rope). The camp includes performance and improv opportunities, daily nature walks through the Waldorf campus and Brown Woods, and concludes with a performance where campers showcase their skills and creativity.
