A 4-day summer camp for children emphasizing mindfulness, music, yoga, and art in small group settings. Campers participate in daily rotations of music making, breathing exercises, and creative projects themed around acceptance, dreams, strength, peace and kindness.
Tempo!'s Mindfulness Summer Camp provides children with enriched opportunities to participate in small group sessions with an emphasis on music, yoga, and art. Over 4-day sessions (Monday-Thursday), children learn to safely express themselves, integrate mindfulness and awareness, and engage in a fun and creative environment. Daily rotations include music making, yoga and breathing exercises, and art projects. The camp also offers Mindfulness Meetups, monthly gatherings combining in-person and virtual activities for returning and new campers to stay connected.
