A summer day camp for ages 4 and up where young dancers immerse themselves in ballet, hip-hop, and creative movement, with costume and prop-making, arts and crafts, and a final dance performance. Also runs: Sunnyside Ballet Studio Summer Intensive.
Sunnyside Ballet Studio's Summer Dance Camp runs for 10 days from June 29 to July 10, 2026. Students are grouped by age and level: Group A (ages 4-6, primary ballet) and Group B (ages 7-8, graded levels 1-2). The camp runs from 9:00am to 3:30pm daily with extended hours available. Each day includes ballet or lyrical technique classes, creative movement and dance story-making, outside time, costume and prop-making for stage settings, and arts and crafts. Students take trips for popsicles and playground time and participate in a dance performance at the end of the session.
