A five-week summer day camp for kindergarten through fifth grade serving 62 children, featuring team games, sports, arts and crafts, field trips to museums and parks, and twice-weekly swimming pool days.
Summer Fun provides a safe and engaging place for children to spend their free summer time. The program balances fun and learning with activities including team games, sports, arts and crafts, and scavenger hunts. Children participate in weekly field trips, with three trips exposing them to museums, parks, and farms, and two trips to water parks and amusement parks. Twice weekly the program spends all day at a swimming pool. Reading clubs, hands-on science activities, and production of weekly news videos build skills. The camp runs for five weeks each summer and is designed to serve the needs of working families in the Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown communities.
