A summer day camp in Chelsea offering language immersion (English, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese) and chess for rising nursery through grade 5 students, with one-week flexible sessions, meals included, and extended care options.
Summer@Avenues runs at Avenues New York's state-of-the-art Chelsea campus with two program options. The signature immersion camp immerses students in their choice of English, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese through hands-on projects, arts, field trips to nearby galleries and the High Line Park, and Wellness and Movement classes. Chess camp is open to rising grades 1–5 at all levels. All camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. with early care from 8:30 a.m. and after care until 5:00 p.m. included. Meals and snacks are freshly prepared onsite daily. One-week sessions can be mixed and matched throughout the summer.
