A summer day camp in Queens for children entering Kindergarten through Grade 6 offering academic enrichment in reading, writing, and mathematics alongside recreational activities including arts, dance, drama, martial arts, STEM, and swimming.
Summer at Kew-Forest runs from July 6 through August 14, 2026, with campers attending 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The program is structured in three two-week sessions, allowing families to enroll for two, four, or six weeks. Mornings focus on academic enrichment in reading, writing, and mathematics to reduce summer learning loss. Afternoons feature recreational activities including arts and crafts, dance, drama, field trips, martial arts, physical recreation, and swimming through a partnership with DanSwim. Campers receive morning and afternoon snacks and a nutritious lunch daily, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. The camp is accredited by the American Camp Association.
