A summer day camp in Manhattan offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Portuguese language lessons, yoga and meditation, plus games and local outings. Campers receive a camp shirt, water bottle and bag.
Studio X Kids Summer Camp combines martial arts training with cultural enrichment. Children attend daily Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira classes taught by experienced instructors, take Portuguese language lessons covering basic phrases and technique vocabulary, and participate in yoga and meditation sessions focused on flexibility, balance and mindfulness. The camp includes summer games, recreational activities, and potential field trips to local attractions such as waterparks, movies and picnics throughout New York City.
