Steve & Kate's Camp Alexandria

Steve & Kate's Camp in Alexandria emphasizes child autonomy and parental flexibility. Campers select which activities to pursue each day, whom to do them with, and for how long, giving them experience making decisions and managing their own time. The camp offers extensive choices including stop-motion animation, sewing, coding, robotics, baking, tinker crafts, traditional sports, water play, and weekly special events. Sessions run for ten weeks from mid-June through mid-August, with flexible daily drop-off and pick-up between 8am and 6pm. All meals and snacks are included. Parents can purchase as many or as few days as needed without advance commitment, and unused days receive automatic refunds at summer's end.
