Stage 284 offers summer theater camps for children in kindergarten through 12th grade, including full-day programs with daily enrichment, field trips, and swimming, plus specialized theater workshops in voice, dance, and acting that culminate in performances.
Stage 284 runs multiple summer theater programs at The Community House in South Hamilton. TKC K-2 Crew and TKC 3-5 Crew are full-day camps running 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with daily enrichment activities, weekly field trips, three days of afternoon swimming at Patton Park pool, and weekly performances by workshop participants. Little Lights offers younger actors a chance to explore performing arts with a 20–30 minute showcase. Rising Stars provides a full theatrical experience over two weeks for grades 1-8, where students work together to create sets, lighting, props, and costumes. Teen Intensive is an advanced two-week program for grades 8-12 focused on full-scale musicals. Registration opens in January with early-bird discounts available.
