A summer theatre camp in Quincy where students aged 7-21 train in singing, acting, and dancing while preparing musical productions. Two concurrent sessions offer youth and teen programs with performances at the end of each session.
South Shore School of Theatre runs two summer musical theatre camps. The SpongeBob Musical (Youth Edition) runs July 6-25 for ages 7-13, meeting 9am-3pm daily with performances on July 24-25. The RENT (School Edition) runs July 6-August 1 for ages 13-21, meeting 4pm-9pm daily with performances on July 31-August 1. Both camps combine training in singing, acting, dancing, and technical theatre skills with a full musical production.
