A band program for homeschooled and traditionally schooled students in grades 2–12 that teaches brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments through four levels: recorder, beginner band, cadet band, and concert band, with two concerts per year.
South Jersey Homeschool Band has served the community since 1998, offering instruction in wind and percussion instruments to students of all backgrounds. The program includes recorder classes for younger beginners, beginner band for students new to band instruments, cadet band for students with one year of experience, and concert band for middle and high school players. Students perform two concerts annually and have opportunities to audition for Olympic Conference Honors Band. The program welcomes homeschoolers, remote schoolers, and public and private school students.
