A winter break day camp for children ages 5-14 at Arizona's longest-running Muay Thai gym, combining martial arts training with games, arts and crafts, and snack and lunch time.
Sitan Gym offers a Muay Thai intensive combat camp during school vacations where children can customize their attendance by choosing specific dates. Each day includes three training sessions, daily Muay Thai theory for advanced students, snack and lunch time, games, and arts and crafts. Jiu Jitsu techniques are showcased throughout the week. The camp welcomes all skill levels and provides loaner gear if needed. Drop-off is at 9am with optional early drop-off at 8am (with a $30 fee), and pick-up is at 3:30pm.
