A multi-arts summer camp in Phoenix for grades K-6th emphasizing theatre, visual arts, production, writing, and leadership skills through collaborative artmaking and creative storytelling.
Rising Youth Theatre offers week-long summer arts camps at the Phoenix Center for the Arts using an asset-based youth development model. Younger students (K-2nd grade) explore story and imagination through creative drama, acting, movement, and visual art. Older students (3rd-6th grade) participate in skills-intensive sessions focusing on acting, movement, voice, and design. Each camp session culminates in a performance for friends and family. The camp runs 9am-3pm daily with extended care available 8am-9am and 3pm-5pm. Scholarships are available, with a minimum of five per session.
