A nature-based day camp in Herndon for ages 3–8 running eight themed weeks from June to August. Children spend most days outdoors exploring habitats, conducting experiments, cooking, and learning about community helpers, with water play and nature walks every week.
Rising Stars Summer Camp offers eight weeks of themed programming from June 22 through August 14, 2026. Each week features a different focus—from Animal Kingdom and Water Fun to Mad Scientists, Going Green, Tiny Chefs, Community Helpers, and a Fashion Show finale. The daily rhythm includes at least two hours outdoors, 30 minutes of rest time, and read-aloud books. Every week includes a nature walk and water play day. The camp runs 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional before care from 8:00–9:00 AM and after care from 4:00–5:30 PM. Campers must be fully potty-trained and enroll by the week rather than individual days.
