The camp divides players into four age categories: Rookie Ball (ages 6-8), Single A Ball (ages 9-10), AA Ball (ages 11-12), and AAA Ball (ages 13-15). The program emphasizes elite skills training with highly personalized instruction, hitter exit velocity testing with bat path drills, MPH throwing readings and arm care programming, individualized video analysis, and live in-game performance adjustments. Sessions run Monday through Thursday from 8:20 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with Friday as a weather make-up day.
