A four-day advanced wrestling clinic held in summer 2026 for youth and high school wrestlers, featuring NCAA and elite high school instructors focused on technique refinement and live wrestling.
Red Roots Wrestling Club runs its 12th annual Legend Clinic in August 2026, led by Coach Larry Tremblay and assisted by past elite New England wrestlers and current/past NCAA athletes, including two-time NCAA All-American Tyler Knox of Stanford. The clinic offers separate tracks for advanced youth wrestlers entering grades 4-9 and high school wrestlers entering grades 9-12. Sessions emphasize fast-paced drilling and live wrestling to fine-tune skills and teach advanced techniques. All participants receive a dri-fit workout shirt.
