PlayArts offers full-day and half-day camps for children ages 5–10 on days when Philadelphia schools close for holidays or teacher development. Full-day camps run 9am–6pm at the Maas Building in South Kensington, while half-day camps for Pre-K are held at individual school sites.
PlayArts provides play-based arts education through day camps during school closures. Full-day camps at the Maas Building serve kindergarten through fifth-grade children and operate from 9am to 6pm on designated school closure days. Pre-K students can attend half-day camps at their school sites on early dismissal days, or participate in full-day camps at Maas if enrolled for regular afterschool. The program emphasizes whole-child development, creativity, and joyful learning through arts and play-based activities. Families can purchase annual camp packages or register day-by-day as needed.
