A 12-week summer camp for ages 3-12 featuring hands-on STEAM learning through themed adventures exploring air, space, earth, and water. Children complete missions and challenges in a gaming-world environment with field trips, activities, and screen-free exploration designed to spark curiosity and teamwork. Also runs: Phoenix Children's Academy Winter Camp (Helping Hands).
Game Changers is Cadence Education's summer break program offered at Phoenix Children's Academy and over 300 locations nationwide. The camp runs for 12 weeks during summer break (typically May-August) and is divided into two age groups: Junior Game Changers for ages 3-4 and Game Changers for ages 5-12. Children create avatars, complete missions across three epic adventure themes (Air & Space weeks 1-4, Earth to the Core weeks 5-8, Water Worlds weeks 9-12), and engage in STEAM projects including ice age trading cards, invention fairs, rock painting, edible Earth models, and escape-room-style challenges. Field trips and special activities vary by location. Full-day programming is standard, though some locations may offer half-day or flexible options. The program is open to current and non-current Cadence families, with FlexiPass options available at many locations.
