A week-long Irish dance day camp in Mount Laurel for children ages 5–12, featuring soft-shoe and ceili dancing, Irish crafts, themed games, and a Friday performance.
Peters School of Irish Dance runs two weeks of summer camp in July and August, each running Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm. Campers learn Irish dance basics including soft-shoe reels, light jigs, and group ceili dances, along with Irish-themed crafts, games, and movies. No previous Irish dance experience is required. Each day has a theme and campers are encouraged to wear matching outfits. The week concludes with a performance for parents on Friday at noon. Classes are tailored to accommodate both new dancers and those with prior experience. Snacks are provided; campers bring their own lunch (peanut and tree nut free).
