Passion for Spices offers a Fall Seasonal After School Program designed for kids and teens to develop culinary skills under professional chef instruction. Each two-hour class covers fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes, and kitchen safety, while teaching hands-on techniques like making homemade fresh pasta, tamales, wok cooking, and classic sauces. Participants enjoy generous samples of every dish they prepare, building confidence in the kitchen through a variety of world cuisines.
