A summer day camp for children ages 21 months to 8 years with sessions running from late June through August at two Bergen County locations. The camp emphasizes creativity, confidence-building and social-emotional development through indoor and outdoor activities in a small-group setting.
Palisades Country Day Camp serves children from 21 months through 8 years old with four age-based program groups: Tiny Tot (21-36 months), Mini Campers (3-4 years), Junior Campers (5-6 years), and Senior Campers (7-8 years). The camp runs from June 29 through August 20, 2026 (closed July 3). The program emphasizes creativity, laughter and growth through themed events like snow day, superhero day, breakfast in pajamas, and a boat regatta. Small group sizes and high counselor-to-camper ratios ensure attention to each child's social, emotional and physical development. Staff are highly qualified and trained, mostly certified teachers and education students. The camp features full-sized pools, splash parks, and wading pools, with water activities available based on potty-training readiness.
