Outback Summer Program

Maria L. Baldwin Community Center, Cambridge, MA
See if kids you know are going to this camp.
Outback is a choice-based summer day camp for kindergarten through 6th grade where children select from structured activities like sports, ceramics and performing arts, plus traditional summer play in the backyard and art studios.
Outback runs for 8 weeks each summer (June 29–August 21) from 8:30 AM to 3 PM, with optional extended care until 5:45 PM. The curriculum is built by teaching staff expertise and children's interests, with activity periods where kids choose from a mix of sports, visual arts, performing arts, and outdoor play. Age groups are separated for much of the day but mix at times for sibling and friend interaction. The program is committed to accessibility through full and partial scholarships based on household income and family size, and accepts childcare vouchers.
