Ohman School of Ballet's summer intensive offers ballet technique, contemporary, pointe, partnering, theater, modern and strength training for young dancers ages 8–17, with emphasis on mental and physical health for developing performers.
The Ohman School of Ballet runs a summer intensive program featuring a full range of ballet technique, contemporary, pointe, partnering, theater, modern, and strength training classes. The program is directed by Artistic Director Nicole Loizides, a scar tissue specialist who tailors her approach to make ballet accessible and engaging for all dancers. The intensive includes creative sessions and a pre-professional program connecting advanced students with choreographers from around the world. Age-specific options include the Summer Intensive for Competitive Dancers (ages 11–17) and the Young Dancer's Workshop (ages 8–10). The school also offers ongoing open evening classes throughout the summer for all ages who prefer not to change to a daytime routine.
