A five-week intensive ballet training program for serious dancers ages 12-20, running June-July 2026 at New Jersey Ballet's studios in Florham Park. Students train under the artistic direction of former NYCB Principal Dancer Maria Kowroski, with up to 30 hours of instruction weekly in technique, pointe, repertoire, contemporary, and related disciplines.
The Summer Intensive is a selective program for advanced ballet students ages 12-20, requiring audition. The five-week program runs Monday to Saturday from June 22 to July 25, 2026, offering up to 30 hours of instruction each week. Classes include ballet technique, pointe, repertoire, pas de deux, variations, contemporary, musical theater, jazz, stage craft, and Pilates, with offerings tailored to age and technical level. The program features internationally renowned guest faculty and masterclasses with world-renowned artists. Housing is provided at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Florham Park campus with meals and transportation included. All students must commit to the full five-week program.
