Needham Youth Track Club runs a summer track program from June 22 to July 22, 2026, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays. Sessions are split by age: younger children ages 3.5–6 practice from 6:05–7:05 pm, while ages 6.5–14 practice 6:00–7:10 pm. Participants choose between sprint and distance teams. The program includes warm-up and stretching, running drills, event skills training in hurdles and field events (long jump, high jump, turbo javelin, shot put), and cool-down recovery. The club welcomes all skill levels, from competitive participants to those seeking exercise and skill development, and supports children with physical, mental, or emotional challenges.
