Year-round music and art camps for ages 6–15 offering no-school days, spring break, and summer sessions focused on piano, drums, guitar, ukulele, and voice instruction combined with music theory, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities.
National Conservatory of Arts operates year-round camps at their NW campus serving children ages 6–15. No-school camps run on DCPS closure days from 8:30 am to 3 pm and include music instruction on specific instruments, art, music theory, music history, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities at Upshur Park or Rock Creek Park. Spring break, summer, and mid-winter camps feature focused instruction in piano, drums, guitar, ukulele, and voice. All camps include lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks, and optional before and after care. Students learn both solo and group repertoire and participate in performances.
