A 10-day residential summer program on Drexel's Philadelphia campus for rising high school juniors and seniors interested in commercial real estate careers. Students explore architecture, engineering, construction, brokerage, development and finance through case studies, site visits to major developments, and mentorship from industry professionals. Also runs: Fashion + Entrepreneurship Summer Camp.
Open to first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students with demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, this competitive program introduces teens to diverse CRE career paths. Participants work with Drexel professors, industry mentors and corporate executives to gain deeper understanding of real estate concepts. The program includes team building, college readiness events, and visits to high-profile Philadelphia locations such as FMC and Comcast. Full scholarships are provided to all accepted students.
