A weekly tennis camp at the Maplewood Club running June through August for children ages 5–16 of all abilities, offering full and half-day sessions with instruction focused on skill development, match play, and fun through games and competitive activities.
MLC Summer Camp runs weekly from June 22 through August 20, 2026, with half-day (9am–12pm) and full-day (9am–2pm) sessions Monday through Thursday. Campers aged 5–16 of all tennis abilities participate in groundstroke and serve instruction, volley drills, fitness conditioning, and match play, with rotations including basketball, soccer, and other games. The camp philosophy emphasizes fun and positive energy, with activities like serving balls through hula hoops and competing for the Maplewood Cup. Director of Tennis Tom Battaglia and his staff lead the program. Registration opens January 14 for members and January 22 for the general public, on a first-come, first-served basis limited to 30 participants per week.
