A summer program for students grades 4–12 featuring engineering design projects, sports training, and a premed clinic led by healthcare professionals and experienced coaches.
Maricopa Institute of Technology runs a summer program that introduces students to the engineering design process through hands-on projects applying math, science, and engineering standards. Students work individually and in teams to develop solutions to problems. The program also offers summer sports camps in football, baseball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, cheer, and softball led by experienced coaches, and a Summer Premed Clinic where students in grades 4–12 explore medicine through activities led by healthcare professionals, learning clinical skills and real medical scenarios.
