A Spanish immersion day camp in Fairfax where children ages 3-10 spend full or half days engaged in hands-on activities including art, science, outdoor games, and creative projects, all conducted entirely in Spanish by native speakers.
Michuchutren Spanish Summer Camp runs seven weekly sessions from late June through mid-August at Green Acres Community Center in Fairfax City. Children ages 3-10 can attend full-day (9am-3pm) or half-day (9am-12pm) sessions. The camp uses a play-based, project-centered curriculum where Spanish is naturally absorbed through music, dance, art, science experiments, outdoor exploration, and creative building projects like sculpture and painting. All Spanish levels are welcome with no prior experience required. Professional native Spanish-speaking teachers lead small, age-appropriate groups with a focus on language immersion through engagement rather than formal instruction.
