MCW Starz offers intensive multi-day basketball clinics during school breaks for girls in grades 5–12, combining skill development, competitive play, and athlete wellness in half-day sessions.
MCW Starz runs seasonal clinics in August, December, February, and April during school breaks. Each clinic runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and combines fundamental drills with live-game scrimmages and full-team games. Sessions are split into age-appropriate groups and include strength, speed and agility introduction, plus yoga and recovery focused on injury prevention and mental wellness. The program balances technical skill development with competitive play and athletic performance training.
