Lynn & Jen's Dance Studio runs a summer program featuring weekly technique and combo classes designed to help dancers stay active, gain new skills, and maintain their training through the season. Technique classes focus on enhancing body alignment, flexibility, vocabulary, and progressions through positions, turns, jumps, and skills, while combo classes rotate through different dance genres and teachers each week. The program also includes functional stretch, strength, and injury prevention training sessions, plus individual injury prevention screening and treatment with a specialist. Classes run from mid-July through mid-August.
