In-person summer camps where kids and teens explore various healthcare fields through hands-on activities and role-play, including Little Doctor School, Little Veterinarian School, Wilderness Medicine School, Sports Medicine School, and Teen Medical School, each culminating in a graduation ceremony.
Little Medical School of the Treasure Coast runs themed summer camps developed by board-certified physicians and educators. Programs include Little Doctor School, where children learn about the body, medical instruments, and first aid; Little Veterinarian School, focusing on animal care and wellness; Wilderness Medicine School, teaching outdoor emergency response; Sports Medicine School, exploring athletic training and orthopedic care; and Teen Medical School, an advanced program for older students covering skin, blood, surgery techniques, and EKG reading. Each camp begins with a white coat ceremony and ends with a graduation ceremony. All programs emphasize hands-on learning in areas like emergency care, veterinary medicine, and surgery.
