Little Kitchen Academy Plainfield opened in July 2023 as one of the first U.S. locations of the Vancouver-based brand. The academy runs weeklong summer camps and structured cooking classes organized by age group, where children prepare complete menus from breakfast through dessert. Using a Montessori approach, kids explore cooking without fear of correction on non-safety issues, taste ingredients, and participate in every step of meal preparation.
