Let There Be Rock School offers a variety of summer music camps designed for young musicians aged 8–18. The Rock Band Camp (week of 6/22, 9am-2pm) is the ultimate band experience where students receive private coaching from professional musicians and rehearse together with a band director to prepare a full set of songs, culminating in a live rock show. The Songwriting Camp (week of 7/6, 9am-2pm) is their 10th annual offering, designed for songwriters of all skill levels to explore creativity, lyric writing, melody, and song structure with two professional songwriters, with each student writing an original solo song and performing live. The Heavy Metal/Emo Camp offers two weeks (7/13 and 7/20, 9am-2pm) where students dive into the riffs, tones, and energy of these genres, rehearse heavy-hitting songs, and finish with a high-energy performance.
