Prince George's County Parks and Recreation operates summer day camps at Langley Park Community Center with one- or two-week sessions from mid-June through August. Campers participate in diverse activities with before and after care available, field trips, and special events throughout the summer.
The Department of Parks and Recreation offers summer day camps at Langley Park Community Center running June 15–August 21, 2026, in one-week or two-week sessions. Camp hours are 9 am–4:30 pm, with before care from 7–9 am and after care from 4:30–6 pm available. Campers bring their own lunches and must provide their own transportation. The camps feature diverse activities and include mandatory participation in off-site field trips and special events. Camps are closed on June 19 (Juneteenth) and July 3 (Independence Day). Therapeutic recreation camps serve Prince George's County residents only; other camps are open to residents of all jurisdictions. Fee assistance and payment scheduling are available.
