KidStrong Windermere runs full-day camps during summer and school breaks for ages 4-11. Each day is structured around high-energy movement, obstacle courses, team-based games, and coach-led challenges designed to build confidence and social skills. The camp includes warm-up activities, affirmations, obstacle course training, movement and learning blended with challenges, performance skill development, competitions, and an award ceremony. Kids develop resilience, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership throughout the day. The facility features the Blue Floor and is staffed by KidStrong-certified coaches trained in child development.
