KidStrong West Nashville runs summer and school break camps designed to build confidence, strength, and teamwork in children ages 4-11. Each full day of camp is packed with obstacle courses, movement challenges, team games, and coaching activities that develop social skills, problem-solving, and leadership. The program blends physical activity with character development in a supportive environment, culminating in an epic finale celebration. No KidStrong membership is required to attend camp.
