A high-energy day camp for ages 4-11 combining obstacle courses, team games, and movement-based activities led by KidStrong-certified coaches. Camp builds confidence, social skills, and teamwork through full-day sessions during summer and school breaks.
KidStrong Oklahoma City runs summer and school break camps featuring obstacle courses, team-based games, relay races, and movement challenges designed to build strength, confidence, and social skills. Each day includes warm-ups, affirmations, obstacle course training, creative challenges, and an epic finale celebration. Camps are led by KidStrong-certified coaches in a safe, supportive environment where kids develop grit, problem-solving abilities, and friendship.
