High-energy day camps for ages 4-9 combining obstacle courses, team games, movement challenges, and confidence-building activities led by KidStrong-certified coaches. Camps run during summer and school breaks at the East 63rd Street location in Manhattan.
KidStrong E. 63rd offers day camps designed to keep kids active and engaged through obstacle courses, team-based games, and movement-based activities. Each camp day is structured to build confidence, strengthen social skills, and develop teamwork. The day includes warm-ups, affirmations, a full hour of obstacle courses and relay races, snack breaks, STEAM-inspired activities, and an Epic Finale celebration. Camps are led by KidStrong-certified coaches in a supportive environment. No KidStrong membership is required to attend camp.
